Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@slitisonline.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
Please note: Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or special order parts
- Electronic components that have been installed
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Gift cards

Exchanges
To exchange an item, we recommend completing a return for the original item and placing a new order separately once the return is approved.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
